Great no frills place less than 10 minutes from so much to do and easy access to downtown Boulder. Staff were extremely friendly and the inn is located in a really quiet residential area. The room was so clean that our socks didn’t get dirty walking on the laminate floor!!

This was a real find! The room was huge, the location perfect with lovely trails nearby to the twin lakes. The staff wa super helpful and friendly, the breakfast wonderfully ample, with good coffee, and we even had a kitchen so we could have our lunch and dinner there.

Lovely, quiet location. Very clean rooms! Service excellent. Friendly, welcoming front desk staff. No complaints from us! We’ll stay again next time we’re in Boulder area.

Loved staying here! The room was very spacious, clean, and inviting. Check in and out were easy, and the location was great...outside all the boulder traffic but drivable to everywhere within minutes and easy access to the trail and bike lane systems. I would have liked some more protein options w breakfast beyond hard boiled eggs, but there was still a wide variety of standard continental breakfast options. Will definitely look for availability here for future trips.

A modest and thoughtfully designed motel experience. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is great! Nice to get real breakfast options. And! We really enjoyed the neighborhood trails and local restaurants.

This place is a hidden gem. Easy parking, great location, quiet area, comfortable beds! The rooms have all the amenities like fridge, microwave, table and chairs, good wifi and vending machines with soda, candy, even microwaveable meals like ramen. The checkin process is super easy if you arrive after the desk closes. It's not fancy, but comfortable, clean, and has everything you need.

My family and I stayed here 4 nights while visiting my brother in Boulder. We had a great experience and loved our time there. The highlight for me was the complimentary breakfast. I'm not a morning person and often find that everything is gone by the time I'm ready to eat. Their breakfast had a great variety and was kept fully stocked up to the 9:30 ending time. Overall, the employees there seem to really care about providing a clean and enjoyable place for travelers. Also, I overheard a young boy tell his parents he was "very impressed" with the hotel which was adorable and a statement I very much agree with.
